You should try to be responsible for your hour by asking a friend, neighbor, or family member to substitute for you.  But if you can't get a substitute, then you need to call your Coordinator to obtain a substitute.  Please be considerate and give the coordinator appropriate time to find a substitute for you. Please make note of your coordinator based on the day you do Adoration:

We thank those parishioners who have participated in Adoration here at St. Mary's. Since September 1997, Adoration has been a great success. Thanks to our many skilled parishioners who participated in the construction of the chapel, we're not only thankful for having Adoration, but grateful for having such a splendid chapel. You can join the Adoration team by giving one hour a week to Jesus. The Adoration Chapel is open 24 hours a day.....7 days a week. If you can't make a weekly commitment, your welcome to visit at your own convenience. It's a time for prayer and meditation, a time to study the bible, and a time to spend with The Lord.

• The concept of Perpetual Adoration is that we have an assigned person for EVERY hour. Jesus cannot be left alone. Without committed Adorers for each hour, there can be no Chapel open for anyone to stop by at will. The hours above are in urgent need of an assigned Adorer, so please look into your heart and consider making this sacrifice for Jesus. We cannot continue to cover these hours indefinitely ourselves in addition to our regular hours. We need your help. There are other hours as well that need Adorers. If you would like to sign up and spend one of these hours, call Jean at 978-7122
• Adoration Chapel Team Approach Try a Team approach to perpetual adoration.  Sign up for 1 hour each week with a group of friends, family, or other group.  Assign each person one week each month.  Then each person is only responsible for one or two hours each month. One person would act as the Team “captain”, or contact person. For more information, or to sign up, call Jean at 978-7122.
